Heather Weir practices in wills and estates and civil litigation, including family law. She enjoys assisting clients with estate planning and administration, adult guardianship and trusteeship matters, and administrative law issues.

Heather was born and raised in Edmonton. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan in 2022 before being called to the Alberta Bar in July 2023.

Before joining Rand Law, Heather articled and worked as an associate lawyer at a civil litigation firm in Edmonton.  Outside of work, Heather enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with her friends and family, and being outside with her dogs.  Heather is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers North and Wills and Estates sections and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association.
